Charlie is nothing short of amazing! We tried several agents prior to Charlie, but none of them met the bar. We began to lose faith in Houston’s realtors until we interacted with Charlie. We sent an email outlining our expectations for a realtor and Charlie responded promptly and took on the challenge. We relocated to the Houston area from out of state, and we couldn’t have done it without Charlie’s help. He was there when we couldn’t be. He listens and truly values his clients and their wants/needs. He makes himself available to his clients any time, day or night. He is an expert in his field, and we truly value his knowledge. We trusted Charlie with everything, and he did not fail us. He went above and beyond us and truly exceeded our expectations. There’s no wonder why Charlie’s profile picture is a picture of him holding multiple trophies; he is the real MVP. We are so grateful to Charlie for helping us find the perfect home. Working with Charlie Russo to sell my home was a fantastic experience. He is so knowledgeable and does his research for everything, including values. He was so thorough and such a joy to work with. On a late Saturday evening, well past business hours and regarding a matter that was, frankly, of no importance to Charlie or his business, he returned my call to offer me as much help as he possibly could. He went above and beyond to help a total stranger with nothing in it for him whatsoever, purely just out of the kindness of his heart.
