Peyton brings his skills from 5 years as a residential/farm&ranch/investments/ and coastal real estate sales and another five plus years of marketing experience to Legend Texas Properties. Peyton's primary focus will be sourcing investment deals to clients using his diverse background to help with analysis and marketing of the properties.

- Alongside the above real estate experience, he is an Investor/Agent operating 2 of his own real estate investment companies. His primary focus is solving the affordable housing crisis and restoration of dilapidated homes. Two of the most popular strategies: The BRRRR Method and House Hacking, I have extensive knowledge in and implement myself.

Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Shelly's down-to-earth, positive attitude and tremendous sense of humor are reasons she builds strong relationships with her clients. She focuses first on really getting to know her clients, discovering their needs and desires, then resolves to find a solution fitting for each person.

Shelly had experienced "Corporate America" and "glass ceilings", so she made the transition into real estate for a simple reason: "I wanted to build a career around my life, not a life around my career." Shelly has served in numerous positions with her local S. Central Board of Realtors, and with Texas Association of Realtors over the years and believes it is important to stay involved in serving others in our industry, and in supporting property ownership in Texas.

Washington County has been Leslie's home for the last 25 years. She moved to the area with her husband to serve at Miracle Farm, a ranch for troubled teenage boys in beautiful Independence, Texas, just outside of Brenham. For the past 17 years, her husband has served as the lead pastor at Champion Fellowship Church, and together they have a son, daughter-inlaw, and grandson in Montana and a daughter and son-in-law currently living in the Brenham area. Leslie received her Bachelor's degree in Communications and her Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development both from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. After working for several years as an office manager and assistant in the Real Estate industry, she decided to get her Real Estate license so that she could bring her knowledge, valuable experience, and resources to her clients. She thoroughly enjoys helping people find their little slice of heaven in South Central Texas.
