I work for a builder as a new home consultant, Victoria has brought me clients in the past and she is extremely knowledgeable, a problem solver, she is a great negotiator, she listens to her clients’ wants, needs, and always has their best interest. She is a top notch real estate agent, she is in the know with all the market data and keeps up with all the latest technologies to assist her clients in the more advanced ways. I would definitely recommend Victoria to anyone if they want someone who is trustworthy, ethical, and to save money on the buying side and make the most most money for her sellers.

Cindy Scrivner is one of the most helpful people we have ever met. We met her at an open house. We mentioned that we were just looking because we had a home in another town to sell and needed to wait until that happened. She took our information and we emailed back and forth. She looked at the listing and gave us ideas on what to do to promote the property. We had listed with 2 previous realtors and had little interest. Not only did Cindy give us recommendations on what to do, she drove all the way to Corpus Christi, stayed 3 days with us, painted and decluttered the house. She also made a recommendation on another realtor which we listed with. She has gone above and beyond. We would most certainly recommend her to anyone, either buying, selling or both.
