The Real Estate market has drastically changed the last few years. Catrina's ability to adapt to those changes served her clients well. During the pandemic, the market in Texas shifted dramatically...driving prices through the roof, becoming a Seller's market..BUT Catrina continued to represent & serve her clients (both referrals & families who happened to be relocating from other cities and states), through the process.







Although the market has pushed the values upward of $100k, Catrina has continued to be the intermediary who negotiated the best deals possible for her clients.







Catrina has recently joined the Southern Star family. Her expertise stems from assisting credit challenged individuals who wanted to become homeowners. Catrina's concentration is first time buyers and empty nesters & matching these families with new construction homes, which is 95% of her business.







Catrina also assists with credit repair for those buyers needing assistance. She believes providing a high level of knowledge, information and great customer service to clients are the key components to a lasting relationship.
