Catherine helped my husband and me find a home so we could move to Houston from Austin. Throughout the process, she was proactive and helpful, listening carefully to all of our requirements, wants and wishes. She navigated skillfully through the negotiation, and we were thrilled with our purchase. I really enjoyed working with Catherine to find my first home. I told her the things which were important to me and she came up with a great list. I chose 4 to look at the first weekend and ended up finding my home! She was very helpful in meeting at the places and helping me ask the important questions and think of the important considerations. And even though I was overwhelmed or not decided right away on my home and had to go back a few times she guided me very well in making the decision that was right for me. Ended up signing on a new construction in 10 days after I first started looking. And she was there throughout the process helping on finding insurance, a lender, and joining for blue tape walk, celebration walk and closing day. She has even helped after closing with first time homeowner tips on maintenance, weather and tax related.

Catherine was a killer agent! With it being a sellers market we had to be aggressive and act fast and I trusted her advice on how to make our offers competitive. She is extremely resourceful and had a wealth of connections whether it be an electrician or roofer. Quick response time and shes still willing to help even after the papers are signed.

Catherine made listing my first property for rent so straightforward and stress-free. Literally helped me with everything from getting photos and sharing market rents, to finding qualified tenants in two weeks total. She is on top of it!!! I never had to check to see how things were going, or wonder if I was getting good feedback on the property. Made this process so easy I wish I had another or could hire her to help with!!
