Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Shelly had experienced "Corporate America" and "glass ceilings", so she made the transition into real estate for a simple reason: "I wanted to build a career around my life, not a life around my career." Shelly has served in numerous positions with her local S. Central Board of Realtors, and with Texas Association of Realtors over the years and believes it is important to stay involved in serving others in our industry, and in supporting property ownership in Texas.

As a talented real estate salesperson, Texas native Ashton Jozwiak combines her passion for helping people with a love of the state's boundless beauty. She's creative, enthusiastic and hardworking, and her agricultural background makes her a natural for the farm and ranch side of the business. As a valued member of the Southern District Properties Group, Ashton is proud to serve clients in the southern Texas Triangle, including Brenham, Bellville and Round Top. Ashton is originally from Hempstead, and the family ranch there is still her favorite place to be. She earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University. After college, Ashton worked as an event coordinator for the Texas Deer Association, where she formed her keen attention to detail and elite client service skills. In her free time, Ashton loves to travel while making memories with family and friends.
