About Branden Godfrey

Branden Godfrey was born in Houston and raised in Tomball, Texas. He graduated from Tomball HIgh School with Honors in 2018. He is a proud alumni of Texas A&M University School of Architecture after obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Development in December 2022. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. He became a licensed real estate agent in July 2023. What excites Branden about Brazos, Harris, Waller, Montgomery and surrounding Counties is the extensive growth and development. It is really a shopping ground for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Branden's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent time at Texas A&M studying Urban Planning and development and interned as a city planner before finding interest in real estate. It is only natural that Branden was able to combine his love of the area and architecture to develop a successful real estate business. As a recent college graduate, Branden keeps himself well informed of all the latest technology trends, area developments and of course the homes you love. Most of all, Branden knows how to research and sell or find the home that is perfect for you. His knowledge of multiple counties in the area and drive to find that perfect home really sets him apart. Branden is engaged to his lovely girlfriend, Faith, who shares his affinity for architecture and brings economic perspectives to the table. Together they scour the city in search of new neighborhoods, dog parks for their rescue dog Louie, and everything sports related.
