“Brad is always well-presented and knowledgeable. He followed up but was not pushy. He quickly set up a house viewing that we just found that weekend. He is patient with us till we're ready to do full-on research/buying. He makes it easy for us to choose him. :) We are from out of town so our house searching was like jam-pack for one weekend for like every 3 weeks. He helped us throughout and kept close contact with us for video house viewing, setting up last-minute house viewing requests, price negotiations, video recording inspections, etc. He worked closely with my mortgage lender, the title company, and the seller/seller agent to make it easy for us to close the house.
