The West Texas native has experience in home construction, granting him insight into the critical inspection process, while his history in remodeling and design helps him identify or create value in residential transactions. After working in Houston for 13 years, he understands the unique local market trends and is open to working with clients on any needs. Before beginning his real estate adventure, Brad earned a bachelor's degree in music performance, percussion in 2002 and was a music educator for 14 years. He taught at all levels, including band, choir and general music. Brad's previous career gives him deep insight into local school districts and how that can impact his clients, both in education for their children and property value. This veteran educator can understand others' needs and exceed their expectations in any circumstance. Brad and his wife reside in the Heights with their two cats, Anna and Elsa. When not helping clients, he and his wife love cooking, enjoying the excellent food the city has to offer and patronizing the arts in the downtown area. Brad also enjoys making music and plays percussion in several orchestras and churches around Houston.
