Benazir Gutierrez (Benz) is a bilingual Realtor in the Houston and Brownsville market. She moved from Mexico City to Brownsville in 2010 and in 2016 graduated from UTRGV with a Bachelor's in Psychology. In 2017 she moved to Houston and fell in love with the diversity of the city. In 2020 she decided to obtain her real estate license and help families find the perfect home to create great, everlasting memories with their loved ones. She specializes in helping first time home buyers and families relocating to the Space City not only from Mexico but other Latin American countries such as Argentina, Venezuela and Colombia. Whenever she's not helping her clients, she enjoys exercising and exploring restaurants, museums, and cultural events in the city.
