Ashley Martin

Hi! My name is Ashley Martin. I am heading the Property Management side at Perpetual Realty Group. I am extremely excited about this venture and cannot wait to help everyone from tenants looking for a new place to call home and investors looking to start a new portfolio or expand their existing. I was born in Amarillo, TX but have been in the DFW area most of my life. I absolutely love Texas! I have traveled all over the world and couldn't imagine myself anywhere but here. I am a mom to four amazing, rambunctious boys. My oldest son is a United States Marine whom I could not be more proud of! Almost all of my off time is spent outdoors with my boys either at the soccer fields or just exploring. I have been in Property Management for the past 15 years. I got my start in multi-family and developed a passion for it there. In 2016, I decided to take my career to the next level and obtainedmy Real Estate license and crossed over to single family management. I have a deep passion for Real Estate and Property Management. It truly makes me happy to be able to help people in so many different ways.
