Angela Chavez

A true real estate powerhouse, Angela Chavez's expertise and success in the field knows no bounds. Angela has led the Houston real estate market since 2013 and has earned such awards as 2017 Company Top Producer Units, 2017 Top Producer Sales Leader, 2016 Top Producer Units Listing Leader, and 2015 Sales Leader Top Producer among others. She has earned certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Master Certified Negotiations Expert (MCNE) and is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI). She is an active member of the National Association of Realters (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TXR), and Houston Association of Realtors (HAR).

Angela now directs her extensive knowledge and skills toward coaching and supporting the realtors at Gary Greene's Katy office. A veteran in the real estate market, having been a certified realtor since 2013 with over 28 years' experience in sales, Angela strives to lead by example and to coach to success. She says, "I'm willing to do anything that I train my realtors to do. I truly care about our company and the agents that support it."

As the Regional Advisor, West Region, Angela coaches and motivates her team to improve performance and achieve their professional and sales goals. Her love of real estate shines through her leadership as she is truly passionate about helping people. "It's not hard," she says. "That's how I feel about managing my region and working with our agents. I feel success every time they are successful. I get joy from their joy of being productive and doing what they love."

Angela has lived in the Houston area since 1997 where she lives with her husband of 25 years and enjoys spending time with her four children and seven grandchildren. In addition to her extensive network in the real estate field, Angela belongs to the Houston Builders Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Katy chamber of Commerce, and Army Family Support Group. About her community involvement, she says, "I believe in giving back to the community that we live and work in."

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Angela worked as a District Manager with Coca-Cola managing the Sales Team for the Houston market which developed her leadership skills and instilled in her a love of helping her team. Throughout her career, she has been impacted by those who have invested in her professional development and strives to provide the same support to those within and beyond her network. She operates from the belief "that seeing and experiencing the success of others is most motivational."
