Amanda Gladin is specializing in the analysis and evaluations side of all our clients deals. She works by analyzing the market to put the right price in-front of our clients the first time, without the need of leaving the property on the market wasting our clients valuable time. She comes from an investment background with extensive knowledge in soft appraising properties. She has been working in real estate to some capacity for nearly a decade, behind the scenes for the most part. She handles projects with easy and helps to make sure every transactions flows smoothly and assists in making additional arrangements for things such as make ready, scheduling movers, and any additional stress relieving tasks that may arise. She also has built her business on the core principles of Hard Work, Honesty, and Commitment to the goals of her clients. Amanda has never met a stranger, she can always make you feel right at home and truly wants to do everything she can to help anyone in any situation. She attended school anticipating a degree in nursing, but realized that her overwhelming sense of compassion and empathy for people, made it difficult to continue down that path, but she knew she wanted to find a way to assist people in their time of need. She successfully pursued her degree in Psychology, although it is not a field she works in. Her Psychology background has assisted in her ability to face challenges, anticipate stress levels of clients, and foresee issue before they arise, allowing the sales transactions to flow smoothly and less stressful than one would imagine. Amanda is very hard working and helpful when it comes to her clients, there needs always come first. Her clients are her number one priority, they are all very special to her.
