Alexander Webb

Alex Webb holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He was named "Outstanding Student in Urban Studies" at Trinity University, where he received his bachelor's degree. He was awarded the prestigious "40 Under 40" designation from the Houston Business Journal in 2014. Before becoming a licensed agent in 2016, Alex worked as a manager in the Real Estate Division of Harris County for four years, handling aspects of property sales all the way from title examination to closing, writing policy on appraisal of pipeline easements to offset their environmental impact, creating a new planning instrument to remove non-Road Log roadway easements from requestors' properties, and working with lobbyists to enact policy and collaborating with the County Planner to amend and vacate plats. He began his brokerage career in 2016. Alex was named to the Board of Directors of the Memorial Park Conservancy at age 27. He started the Lighthouse Choir, a choir for the blind and visually impaired at the Lighthouse of Houston, in 2017. Alex served a two-year term on the Board of Directors of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 15 (East Downtown) and on the board of the East Downtown Redevelopment Authority. Alex has been a guest speaker for the Houston City Hall Fellows and a keynote speaker for the Texas Association of Botanic Gardens and Arboreta statewide convention in 2009, about fundraising for parks. Alex serves on the Philanthropy Committee of the Lighthouse of Houston. Alex is a member of the Young Associates Council of the Houston Symphony and a subscriber and Patron Society member of the Houston Grand Opera. He serves on the Board of Directors of Bach Society Houston. He attends Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, where he serves as usher and lector. Alex frequently acts in an advisory role surrounding market trends and design to builders and believes that good, frequent, and consistent communication and feedback to the client is key.
