Steven was referred to me by a church friend of mine. I dont need to mention how professional, how patient, or how thoughtful he is as many other people have already commented. As a matter of fact, I live in New York City and under the pandemic, Ive never got a chance to even visit Houston in person. What Steven has done for me about this purchase is totally beyond anyones imagination. As a buyers agent, he understood my detailed requests with excellent negotiation and communication skills towards the offers. Not only that, he took countless hours contacting, ordering and monitoring many house repairs, such as roof replacements, A/C replacements, fence replacements, and many other interior remodeling works. Many times, my wife mentions that Steven just treats our house as his own. In short, I really appreciated the work Steven has done for us and he is a great realtor that you can always trust.
