She started her career in real estate working in leadership for the Team Leader of a corporate high producing brokerage and went on to help start a small brokerage that strives to teach agents that are fiduciaries for their clients. Rhonda is a Licensed TX Real Estate Broker, she is the Broker of Record for Come Home Realty, formerly Texas Bay Homes.

Rhonda is a native to the Houston area, she has lived and worked in and around all areas of Houston. She has sold homes and helped her clients from Katy to Kemah, Sugarland to The Woodlands.

Rhonda Holds a GRI certification. Less than 10% of TAR's 70,000 members have earned their GRI designation. GRI is a mark of excellence that signifies a cut above other real estate practioners.

Rhonda also is RCC- Residential Construction Certified. She is interested in keeping on top of her industry and keeping informed to help her clients.

She benefits her real estate career bringing 17 years experience with a local aerospace company, in which she was heavily involved in purchasing and contract negotiations.

Rhonda is an active member of her church, she has two children a son serving in the US NAVY. Married for 34 years and three adorable grandchildren.

I am a native Houstonian who grew up in Bellaire. I fondly remember the "small town" feeling my neighbors and I had in the City of Homes.

I went to school at the University of Texas at Austin and obtained a degree in Journalism. My husband Scott and I raised our twins in Meyerland and I am proud to say that I was a 1986 Bellaire High School grad and the twins, Max and Brandon, were 2016 Bellaire grads.

I became a real estate agent in 2007 and became a broker in 2010 so I could run my own comps and list my own properties. I have flipped several homes in the Houston area and helped other investors do the same. In addition to flipping homes, I have sponsored agents, helped clients find the perfect home or investment, managed real estate brokerages, performed transaction coordination and managed a few rental homes on my own.

In 2018, I became a real estate instructor . This has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career because it gave me the privilege of imparting real estate knowledge to newer agents, since I am forever grateful for the agents who helped me while I was learning on the job. In this endeavor, I am available to teach continuing education courses, brokerage training courses or design training material and processes for brokerages in need of assistance.
