In 2010, following the economic downturn and subsequent housing crisis, Jeff’s reflection on his prior experience led to the question of why more data isn’t made available to consumers in the residential real estate market. This question combined with his love for technology motivated Jeff to start NuHabitat in 2012 in a pursuit to bring improved transparency, speed and accuracy of property listing information to consumers during their online home search. While becoming a REALTOR in 2012, Jeff joined Nino Properties in Houston to assist with Digital Strategic Planning and use his homebuilding knowledge to help others in the process of buying and selling homes. Now calling Austin, TX his home, Jeff joined Realty Austin, Austin’s leading real estate Brokerage with more than $1.6 billion in home sales in 2014 and over 300 agents. As Director of Online Development, Jeff will continue to pursue building a best-in-class online home search experience.

Nicole Calderon is a sales associate with Douglas Elliman, a builder and development services company headquartered in Houston, TX. Nicole launched her real estate career in 2003 as an associate at John Daugherty Realtors in Houston, TX. It was there that Nicole developed a passion for working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate throughout the city. Following her tenure with John Daugherty Realtors, Nicole joined Personette and Associates, a real estate brokerage firm, specializing in providing sales, marketing and consulting services for builders and developers nationwide. Nicole immediately found her niche and passion for large project sales and management and she went on to work with some of Houston's top developers and builders. Today, Nicole is enjoying a position with Douglas Elliman, where she works with numerous developers from conception to sell-out on various projects from Tanglewood to River Oaks. Having spent most of her childhood and early adult years living in Europe, Nicole understands and enjoys working with other cultures. She understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment and she is well-versed in making that transition a seamless and enjoyable time. In her spare time, Nicole spends much of her time enjoying everything that Houston has to offer including dining out at the various Houston restaurants or taking in an art show or performance at one of Houston's performing art centers.

I am from El Paso, Texas. After graduating from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in Entrepreneurship I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. During my time at the University of Houston, I ran Cross-country and Track and Field. My time as an athlete afforded me the opportunity to travel all across Houston, Texas, and the country. My passion for real estate stems from the immense amount of time running around the city, learning about the different neighborhoods, and meeting new people.

I have a huge family. My mother and stepfather live in El Paso, Texas where i have two younger brothers, and my father and stepmother live in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where I have two sisters and one brother. I'm still a very competitive runner so don't be surprised if you see me winning races and selling homes left and right.
