Kim is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and home buying process. She provides valuable insight and options in working your way through the process. One area of improvement would be in communication. There were some times when I wasn't sure what was going on or where we stood with respect to the seller. No matter what was going on (in a difficult transaction), we always felt better after talking to Kim.

Communication for the first month or so of market time was limited. However, once we asked for market analysis and made adjustments, Kim was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us with electronically signing documents and helping with repair appointments at the house. I would highly recommend her work.
