Kim was incredibly knowledgble and competent....only to be surpassed by her amazing patience with me. This was a brand new experience for me, and I know I WAS NOT an easy person to deal with. I was certainly a pain in kim's back. Even at that, she handled everything as if I wasn't a problem at all.
