The condo we bought is our 7th house in 30 yrs. It it without a dought, that Liz is the best realtor we EVER had. She is real! Never made us feel like we were not important. She never made us feel she was BETTER than us. She lead us into making sound decisions.

Liz was an exceptional realtor. As we were buying a home from another city, her competency was invaluable to us. She went above and beyond by going by our potential house after a storm to see how it fared. She kept up with the many moving parts and deadlines for us, so we didn't have to worry about missing something important. Liz had regular communication with the other realtor which made us confident that the seller was aware of any delays we experienced with closing. As we closed remotely, Liz even did the final walk-through of the property. This was the 10th house we have purchased, and Liz was by far the most competent and pleasant realtor we have worked with.
