We were so fortunate to have found Liz when we were inquiring about purchasing a property in Galveston. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house for the right price. She was patient as we went from home to home and cautioned us about making the most reasonable offers for overpriced homes.
In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase was as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Liz was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice and resources to be suscesful as property owners and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We found Liz through realtor.com, and we were so lucky we did! When I sought more info about certain properties, a couple of realtors reached out and drove me insane. They wouldn't answer my questions, steered me to different properties, flooded my inbox, etc. Liz was so straight-forward, not overwhelming, and very respectful of my inquiries. She proved to be this way throughout the whole process--answering my specific questions, providing helpful information, and being responsive without overwhelming us. It has been a GREAT experience, and we will 100% use Liz again and refer her to our friends/colleagues looking to buy in the Galveston area!
