Heather Kaspar has been licensed as an Auctioneer since 2011 and a licensed Realtor® since 2014. She specializes in Real Estate, Estate & Personal Property Auctions, Business Liquidations, Online & On-Site Auctions, Fundraising & Event Consulting. Heather is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), National Auctioneers Association (NAA), & on the board of directors for Texas Auctioneers Association (TAA). Heather has completed the Certified Auctioneers Institute designation which is the highest designation in the auction industry. She also holds her Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) , Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Heather Kaspar has a strong background in sales and marketing with her B.A. in Mass Communication - Advertising from Texas State University. She has worked with numerous businesses, in numerous industries her entire professional career - developing marketing plans that included media placement on: Broadcast and cable television, as well as radio, newspaper,billboards, social media, websites & guerilla marketing.
Along with numerous businesses - Heather has also worked with a number of different civic organizations & non-profits such as: Chamber of Commerce offices, education foundations, church groups, volunteer groups & has helped organize fundraising efforts for numerous individuals and causes. She currently serves on several boards and always wants to be of her highest and best use to the groups & organizations she helps.

A full-time Realtor since 2004, Laurie has helped over 1000 clients buy and sell homes. She has earned several designations and awards including being a Certified Negotiation Expert and a recipient of Texas Monthly's Five Star Professional award. She also has been a top 5 agent (by sales volume) for her office every year since earning the 'Rookie of the Year' award in 2004.

Laurie first started in real estate working for a top producing real estate team while earning her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from St. Edwards University. After graduating she spent 10 years managing professional marketing and business negotiations for Harte Hanks, Vignette and National Instruments.

I am a local native Texan who grew up 30 minutes outside of Austin and am very well versed in Austin and the surrounding areas. Having been in the home staging business for 14 years and as well working alongside my husband in the residential solar screen business for the last 12 years, I have worked all over the Austin area and am very well familiar with most all of Austin's neighborhoods. I am a proud mom of an awesome son and daughter who I dearly love. Thank goodness for them! Family is number one in my life with real estate as a close second! I am available to assist the first time home buyer to the person wanting to sell their home. I have a great knowledge in knowing what it takes to prepare a home to sell.
