I was raised in Tyler, Texas in a big, crazy, and fun family. My parents were huge Notre Dame fans and I too became one, leaving Texas to head to South Bend, Indiana where I majored in Marketing and Arabic at the University of Notre Dame. But, ever since high school, I had always had a desire to go into law enforcement. After college, I volunteered at an orphanage in South Africa and loved it, then later applied to the Austin Police Department. I started my career in law enforcement in 2014 with APD. While in the department, I patrolled the southwest region of Austin, worked on a specialized team that served felony warrants on dangerous criminals and was also a part-time member of the SWAT team. I met my husband in middle school, and we dated off and on for 15ish years before finally getting married and becoming pregnant. After 7 years in the police force, I decided to switch careers so that I not only had a safer career, but also one that allowed more quality time with my family. I recently gave birth to our second daughter, and we are loving the new addition to our family! I have always been passionate about serving others, and I am excited to assist the people in my community in navigating the complex world of real estate!

A full-time Realtor since 2004, Laurie has helped over 1000 clients buy and sell homes. She has earned several designations and awards including being a Certified Negotiation Expert and a recipient of Texas Monthly's Five Star Professional award. She also has been a top 5 agent (by sales volume) for her office every year since earning the 'Rookie of the Year' award in 2004.

Laurie first started in real estate working for a top producing real estate team while earning her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from St. Edwards University. After graduating she spent 10 years managing professional marketing and business negotiations for Harte Hanks, Vignette and National Instruments.

I am Taiwanese and speak fluent Taiwanese, Chinese Mandarin, and English. I have had the pleasure of living in Austin since 2013, and at the beginning of 2021, I became a licensed real estate agent proudly serving the Austin Texas area. Even though I recently earned my real estate license, I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2015, where I started by managing rental properties, and doing some house flipping.


I became an agent after many of my clients asked me to help them with buying and selling their homes. I got my license from Champions Real Estate School in early 2021 and am excited to help the community of Austin with its real estate needs.


I enjoy serving the Austin area with my two adopted dogs, R-Two and Pong Pong. I do not currently have children, so I spend my time focusing on my career and sharing my ever-changing day to day lifestyle that comes with being an agent with my pups. I frequently get to bring them to my rental properties and other real estate related errands. When I am not focusing on serving clients with their real estate needs, I love to travel.

I have been in the real estate industry in the San Antonio Metro area for over 20 years. I pride myself in customer service and making sure that I treat others as I would want to be treated.
