Known for her integrity, loyalty and professionalism, Alina comes to the real estate market in Austin, Texas, with a concentration on the luxury market. Alina has a Bachelor Degree in International Economics, as well as an Master Business Administration, and is trilingual in Korean, Russian, and English. She began her international career in South Korea, where she lived over 10 years, as a business executive specializing in research and development, bulk sale, and profit operations between South Korea, Kazakhstan and Russia. Alina was an integral part in establishing sales territories for private entities which resulted in new trade offices promoting trade within targeted countries. This initiated the start of building professional relationships between buyers, private businesses, government agencies, and foreign clientele. While living in Thailand over 3 years, Alina was fortunate to have held positions where she was able to assist government and non- profit organizations, igniting her desire to help people wherever she could. This led to working with the US Embassy and International Rescue Committee developing programs for special caseload refugees in the United States, for better quality of life. Alina was strategic in assisting the logistic liaison using diplomacy and professional negotiations between caseload refugees and all caseworkers involved with U.S. Resettlement, based on Homeland Security criteria and standards. While this experience helped many refugees, it also required Alina to handle highly confidential information with professional personnel. Alina also acted as liaison between the Asian Forum Parliamentarians on Population and Development (AFPPD) and Central Asian Parliaments, and related parties. She organized and coordinated the conference "The Asian Consultation on the prevention of HIV related to Drug Use" which was held in Goa, Indi. Logistics such as lodging and travel accommodations with Parliamentarians of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajiki

It didn't take me long to realize that I had deep real estate industry knowledge, I knew I wanted to help people, and desired flexibility in my schedule. Put those elements together and what do you get? A Realtor, naturally! It sounds so easy and obvious in retrospect, but of course there were plenty of twists and dead-ends along the way.
