He also has a firm, first-hand understanding of the benefits versus risk of owning and maintaining investment properties. Chris also holds a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. He has processed and sold transactions of every type of foreclosure from REOs and HUDs to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosures. He has an expansive knowledge of many transaction types that make him a tremendous asset with well-rounded advisement in any residential real estate transaction. 

I have held a Texas Real Estate license since 2009. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and the Victoria Area Association of Realtors. I was born and raised in Victoria, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University. I am a certified Mediator and worked for the State of Texas for 27 years. I am married and the mother of two young adult children.
