Cindy Greenwood has lived in Austin since 1986, since then she has watched our city prosper with dynamic growth. Cindy is known throughout the community for her professionalism, high energy and knowledge of the real estate market. Cindy has a strong referral base and is identified as an expert in the high-end residential home sales. Cindy enjoys working with her clients to help them accomplish their goals in all aspects of the real estate transaction. She takes pride in her responsibility for evaluating and making recommendations on all of her listings. When Cindy was asked how real estate has changed over the years as technology has become an integral part of the industry, she explains “the business will continue to be based on trust and developing the relationships with your clients”. Cindy is currently a member of Austin’s Elite 25, and 2009 and 2011 Top 10 Producer at Moreland Properties. She was nominated as a finalist for the 2011 Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Top Producers. In prior years, Top 5 Producer at AvenueOne Properties in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. It is important to Cindy to support her community through involvement with various organizations. She is deeply committed as she currently serves on the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo Board and Lone Star Cattlemen Foundation. Cindy served as Chair for the Rodeo Austin Gala 2005-2007 and served as the First Woman to Chair the Rodeo Austin’s Youth Auction from 2008-2009. It is a passion of Cindy’s to raise awareness and money for the Youth of Texas. In prior years Cindy has served on several boards including Elizabeth Ann Seton, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House Advisory Board and Junior League of Austin. Cindy and her husband John Greenwood have three grown children, Harris, Nelson and Anna. Cindy is very involved in the Austin community and is a member of several organizations throughout Austin.

Born and raised in Texas, this dynamo native Austinite is like no other! Lindsey earned her Bachelor's degree at Texas State University; double majoring in Exercise Sports Science Physical Therapy and Health and Wellness Promotions. She originally began her career assisting orthopedic surgeons in clinic and is no stranger to competitive situations, under high-stress circumstances. Lindsey started her real estate career with a bang, working alongside her Rockstar team at Keller Williams to win the Platinum Top 50 award. Her passion and dedication for real estate only grew from there. Lindsey has over a decade of customer service experience which has shaped her desire to provide others with an exceptional and favorable home buying/selling experience. Her focus is providing guidance and assisting sellers/buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price, under the best terms. Lindsey is an active member of the Austin Board of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and Young Women's Alliance. Lindsey is a fitness enthusiast that loves weightlifting, playing volleyball, paddle boarding and taking her dog Rémy to the greenbelt. She is also secretly a video game nerd and enjoys live music, coffee shops, and the outdoors.
