Sonny obtained his real estate license in 1981 and became a broker in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Sam Houston State University with an Agriculture Business major and minor in Real Estate. Sonny specializes in wildlife and ag properties all across Texas. 

Coach Max Bricka is a tri-vocational Texas REALTOR®, Certified Master Financial Coach and Executive Pastor in Bastrop, Texas. He has been leading and advising clients on family and financial decisions for over 20 years as well as 24 year career in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, and Contracts Negotiations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for four local Christian non-profit ministries and is very excited to be a part of the Keller Williams Team!

What I did: Several years ago, I developed a luxury rental business. It's very service oriented and caters to clientele with discerning taste. Hundreds of contracts translated into hundreds of happy clients and the business grew. Now we have well over 300 five star reviews and an average of over 4.9% of 5. Through this, I learned the value of offering a quality product, maintaining a high level of service/responsiveness, and anticipating client needs. This has carried strongly into realty and it is my goal to provide 5-star service to every client.

Before becoming a Realtor I served as a teacher for several years. I learned the importance of building strong connections to make a positive impact in students' and families' lives. I developed a strong sense of personal integrity, advocating for others and placing others needs before my own. I received teaching awards and was recognized as having a high level of skill and dedication.
