She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. A native Texan and Vietnam Era Air Force Veteran, I am proud to call San Antonio home. Through the advice of my Dad, I purchased my first property at 18 and have owned real estate in some form since. I have invested, rehabbed, flipped, bought and sold nearly 100 homes in San Antonio and have purchased and sold New Homes which provides continuous value to my buyers. Julieanna Cline is a REALTOR® whose background stems from digital marketing and website design. When deciding to shift gears into Real Estate, she knew her knowledge of problem solving, research, and marketing would help her succeed in the industry. Julieanna is a big advocate for her community, and has spent a great amount of time assisting the elderly. She has been a resident of this community for 35 years and enjoys hosting guests in her Airbnb! Julieanna has also assisted the community by beginning Nextdoor.com for her neighborhood, and has fostered many animals, (including raccoons!), throughout the years. She is also a long-standing member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, riding motorcycles and traveling.
