Daniel is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of his clients by provide excellent communication and customer service, using his education and time spent in the mortgage industry to guide clients through the home buying journey seamlessly, and his enthusiasm for helping clients grow their net worth through real estate ownership. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Daniel spent time both in the hospitality industry and as a licensed mortgage officer assistant. Daniel credits his time in the hospitality industry for his passion and appreciation for customer service and the importance it plays in his real estate career today. Shortly after moving to San Antonio, Daniel earned his Texas Residential Mortgage Loan Originators license. After working as a Loan Officer Assistant, Daniel realized his interest was in real estate and not mortgages. Daniel earned his real estate license in 2019 and shortly after took the opportunity to join Revolution Realty Group brokered by Heller Williams Heritage.Daniel was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota with strong midwestern values and always around family. As a boy, Daniel enjoyed playing sports, his favorite being golf. Daniel favorite memories of his childhood are of spending time at his grandfather's cabin, going fishing on the pontoon. After high school, Daniel went onto study business and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University (St Paul, MN). Daniel with his beautiful wife Bethany, and their dog Stu, moved to San Antonio in August 2018 after Bethany accepted a job offer with Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital as a Register Nurse.
