Hello! My name's Sandra Thomson, and I'm a full-time Realtor with Rubiola REALTORS serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. I've been licensed as a Realtor since 2007 in Texas. Certified as a New Home Specialist in 2009, I am able to protect New Home Buyer's interests from showing to closing on inventory or custom home builders. As a member of the SABOR Builder's Committee I work with Builders throughout San Antonio identifying their inventory and building features - but make no mistake - I represent Buyers, not Builders.

San Antonio is my hometown! I grew up here and graduated Churchill High School. I have degree's in Communications from San Antonio College and Bachelor's in Philosophy & Art History from UTSA. I currently work for NEISD as a part-time non-tenured Teacher. I have worked on several City of San Antonio Boards and Committees. My favorite was the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women. I am a native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, home of Camp LeJeune, and I am well acquainted with military tradition. I am a graduate of North Carolina State, with a BA degree is in Sociology, and concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening my education, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. I practiced in the legal field for an insurance defense firm for many years, specializing in medical malpractice. I obtained my real estate license in 2005. In 2017, I obtained my Master's Degree in Real Estate with distinction focusing on Residential Sales, Brokerage, and Marketing. Tracie obtained her broker's license in 2007 and opened her own boutique real estate company. I am an active broker helping buyers and sellers with their properties.
