When you are thinking about buying a home or have decided you are ready to buy a home in the greater New Braunfels area, I'll go above and beyond to work with you to understand your lifestyle, needs, and wishes. I'll preview homes for you, tour homes and neighborhoods with you, keep you informed as new homes come on the market, and work with you until we find the home of your dreams. I'll give you information on how to fund your home purchase and the loan process, write an offer on the home, and negotiate the best possible price and terms on your behalf. Finally, I'll be there with you during the closing when the home becomes YOURS!

For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013.
