I was elected President of the Greater La Vernia Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and Secretary of the GLVCofC in 2009 which has expanded my networking and social outreach. I work closely with the La Vernia MDD (Municipal Development District), Planning & Zoning and City Council to keep up with the latest local Real Estate and business data which is of the utmost importance to buyers and sellers alike. I am a native Texan with a Marketing Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 36 years in sales and marketing, 29 of which were spent working for Xerox. My husband, two dogs and & I have lived on Medina Lake for the past 10 years and have owned real estate on the lake since 2004. I am currently serving as the HOA President for Bluff Cove on Medina Lake. Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes.
