Native Texan, Brian Gerdes graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduation Brian began a 7-year career in banking and gained an in depth understanding of residential and commercial financing. With a background in credit underwriting, property valuation, and the residential construction process, Real Estate was a very natural transition for Brian. Brian has a great appreciation for property ownership and finds it rewarding to help people with such an important transaction. He feels that professionalism and clear communication channels are essential to a smooth real estate transaction and he strives to provide the highest level of service to his cliental.
