A native Texan, John has been in the greater Houston area for over 10 years. He graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance, and received certifications in real estate finance, principles, valuations, and practice, leading to earning his real estate license. John is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also an original member of the Texas Gold Realty team which has a golden reputation for first-class customer service. As a designer and contractor, these projects employed my passion and creative vision which has also become an invaluable asset to my Real Estate clients. With this experience,  I am able to suggest design and décor changes,  approximate costs and provide construction timelines; this offers my clients the freedom to create a home that is personal and exceptional. My listing clients also benefit  from my  experience and hard work when it becomes necessary to update the home they are selling; resulting in  a home that attracts buyers and achieves high market values.  As an added service, I offer at no additional cost, extensive staging for clients who would otherwise be marketing an empty home.
