She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Business Administration. Following college, Candace started her career at Nordstrom where she learned the true value of taking care of the customer and putting their every need first. She went on to further her passion with Customer Service as a Customer Relations Coordinator with Acura. She values honesty, respect, trust, and loyalty. She understands the importance of making lasting relationships which all contribute to her Real Estate Career. For most people, Real Estate Agent doesn't sound very interesting. For me, being a Real Estate Agent is a passion I've been chasing for 10 years. Most recently, my work landed me a position with Fathom Realty, where I'm focused on helping clients with buying, selling, and leasing a home or land. I guess you could say I'm living the dream. I've spent the last 5+ years learning everything there is to know about the Real Estate industry from the Agent-Client relationship, and fiduciary responsibility, to negotiating all the way to the closing table. I'm currently applying this knowledge in my role as a team member of Poiema Realty Group where I'm responsible for meeting the needs of clients and customers in the state of Texas. I entered the Real Estate world to explore my passion for Real Estate, marketing, community service and helping others achieve their dream of homeownership. Sarah calls a sweet little nook of Katy, Texas, Cinco Ranch with her husband, kiddos and crazy German Shepherd, home. Outside the office, you
will find her volunteering in the schools, serving the community, enjoying all the local, family-owned restaurants and shops, or scheming a new design project.

At home she will be in her messy bun, dirt under her nails, pruning her roses and tending to her vegetable and herb gardens so she can cook fresh, from-the-garden-to-table meals for her family.
