John's background and passion for real estate began in 2014, being from a family of Entrepreneurs. Before starting Real Estate, John was a full time undergraduate student at Sam Houston State University and later earned his BBA in General Business and minor in Entrepreneur. I have been an active Developer & Builder in Crystal Beach since 2009 and have built well over 60+ homes on the peninsula. In October 2018 I was awarded Sales of the Month for my Broker Firm. My hobbies include my children & grandchildren, soccer, baseball, fishing & hunting. I also enjoy riding my Harley on weekends and I have also participated in over 9 5K runs this year. As a Contractor of Landscaping and Irrigation for over 40+ years, I also was a contractor for swimming pools and builders for over 20 years as well. This has given me the knowledge of all aspects of the building industry and ability to answer any questions a client may have without having to use the common response "I will have to get back to you on that," since I have the knowledge base on all levels of building.
