Native Texan, Brian Gerdes graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduation Brian began a 7-year career in banking and gained an in depth understanding of residential and commercial financing. With a background in credit underwriting, property valuation, and the residential construction process, Real Estate was a very natural transition for Brian. Brian has a great appreciation for property ownership and finds it rewarding to help people with such an important transaction. He feels that professionalism and clear communication channels are essential to a smooth real estate transaction and he strives to provide the highest level of service to his cliental. His areas of focus are The Heights, Rice Military, Oak Forest, Spring Branch and the general West Houston area.

Norbert Hill is an English college professor turned Real Estate Agent. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, yet laid roots in Houston in 2007. He is a University of Houston, Texas A&M, and Blinn College alumni and values education. When moving to Houston, Norbert had no idea of the opportunities and experiences he would be afforded, but he knew that living in one of the most diverse cities in the world would be a good start. The Meyerland and Galleria area has been his home for some time now and he is eager to help clients find comfort in living and to be a part of their real estate journey. Norbert Hill entered the Real Estate world in order to connect with his community and help provide a smooth and nothing-less-than stellar experience in all Real Estate investments. Norbert enjoys reading, cycling, traveling, educating others, and above all meeting and building relationships with new people. He owns his own shorter rental properties and is a homeowner himself, so he is experienced and well-versed in the process of buying/selling/leasing.
