  Nothing excites me more, than the sparkle I see in the eyes of my clients, when they finally walk into the dream home they have been searching for. It has been both, my privilege and pleasure, to have lived in such a wonderful place, as Houston and its surrounding areas, for almost 40 years now. In that time I have seen it grow and prosper, and I along with it. Over the years I have made sure to get designations that will help me keep up with my clients needs. As a Realtor, I do not believe my relationship with my clients start and ends with just the purchase or sale of a home. Its a relationship built to last a lifetime. 

Nelvin Joseph Adriatico came to this country as an immigrant from the Philippines and established his roots in Houston. He firmly believes that through collaboration and hard work, nothing is impossible.



He founded Adriatico & Associates Brokerage and Services, a Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Development firm offering insurance, Property Management, and Business Consulting. He is currently involved in multiple real estate projects including the construction of a Chevron Gas Station in Rosenberg Tx, which is scheduled for its grand opening on June 16th, 2023. Development of 2 million-dollar single-family homes located in midtown, and currently in the planning stage to build a shopping center, 60 townhomes in Katy, and 39 student homes in the College Station area.



Although Nelvin has an entrepreneurial spirit with a banking and finance mindset, his passion for community advocacy and volunteerism has shown throughout the past 20 years. He has been involved in non-profit organizations serving the community. His bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration and engagement have led to several Board Leadership Roles. Including Chairman of the Board of The Alliance, helping Immigrants/Refugees become self-efficient. Past President of Asian American Heritage Association; Past President Houston Royal Oaks Lions Club, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas; and Past-Co Chair of the Mayors Advisory for the New Americans. Adriatico has also helped organize several programs and projects; One of the biggest is the Annual Back to School, Health Fair, and Business Expo celebrating its 16 years of service.Because of his community advocacy, He received several awards like Asian Chamber Community Ambassador Award, the Fresh Spirit Wellness Legacy Unsung award, The Texans Community Ambassador to name a few.

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2007. In this time I managed portfolios of thousands of properties nation wide as an REO asset manager. I have also helped countless clients list and purchasee homes as a personal real estate agent in the greater Houston area. I'm extremely familiar with construction and have overseen the remodeling of dozens of homes. I also manage several commercial retail buildings, and acted as a broker in the acquisition of them as well. During my time as an agent I have also listed and sold many large tracts of land to commercial investors.

As an active resident in The Woodlands, I enjoy the native forests, winding nature trails, parks, shops…my kids go to schools, play sports, practicing piano and they love to skate at the Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center during the winter time…my husband enjoys hunting and finishing...The Woodlands is a wonderful place to call the home.
