His dedication and prowess were evident as he emerged as the top producer for eight consecutive years, selling over 380 homes.

In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker. His reputation as a top producer in the Houston area was further solidified through accolades from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). This success story became a family affair when his wife, Nike Ojo, left her position at the Harris County Tax collector's office to join him in his venture.
