Raised in the Commonwealth subdivision of Sugar Land, Brittany Zalman in no stranger to the place she calls home. As a 2004 graduate of Clements High School, she went on to study Business Marketing at The University of Texas at Tyler, and followed that with lead positions in managing the offices of the Greg Travis Law Firm and for the Neurosurgery department at UTHealth. Subsequent to UT Tyler, Brittany also worked as a property manager at Hunington Properties and this is where she was introduced and found a strong interest in real estate.
With a solid background in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management, Brittany knew she wanted to move closer to the residential real estate industry where she could best help individuals and families while using her strong business, organization, and communication skills to their fullest potential. After obtaining her Texas Real Estate license in 2011, Brittany worked for Greenwood King and sold residential real estate in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Upon moving back to Sugar Land to raise a family with her husband, Brittany joined Benevides & Associates to build a real estate career in the community she came to love and appreciate throughout her childhood.
