Richard Moore was born in Germany while his was Father was a helicopter pilot for the United States Army. He moved to Katy, TX at the age of three and went on to graduate from Katy High School. After graduation, Richard served in the United States Marine Corps where he was attached to the Second Marine Division as a Radio Operator. Richard spent more than 20 years in the Communications field. With a customer service mindset, strong attention to detail and an expert at problem solving, real estate was a perfect fit.
