My name is Theresa Almogabar and I am a Broker Partner and the lead of The Almogabar Team with Keller Williams The Woodlands & Magnolia. I have helped clients become homeowners since 2002. I am the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, the wife of my business partner Robby Almogabar, and the mother to our three children. My mission is to educate you to make an informed decision about your next home, guide you through each step along the way, and hand you the keys to your home! I currently work in Operations and Client-onboarding at a fast-growing SaaS technology company. I have a bachelor degree and a background in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, I am licensed as a Real Estate Agent and also certified in Data Analytics. I can leverage my knowledge of the Real Estate market and data analysis to help my clients with listing and offering the most profitable and reasonable prices on any property.



I love spending quality time with my family, including my cute little dog Bella. I also have an interest in bodybuilding, traveling with my family, swimming, hiking, fashion, and I am absolutely delighted to be working with my clients to help them succeed in selling, buying, and/or investing in real estate. I am also extremely fascinated by the Real Estate industry, especially on the investment side.



Therefore, I became a Realtor to not only gain more insights of the industry and an extra income, but also to use that valuable knowledge to assist clients maximize the value they are looking for.

Kim Brewer Lund has been a licensed real estate agent/broker for the past 18 years, in Orange County California, and now also in the amazing State of Texas too! She has extensive experience in representing clients with Buying, Selling and Leasing property. She is a certified Global Luxury Specialist through Coldwell Banker. Kim has always had a passion for buying and selling real estate personally, and understands that it is usually one of the biggest investments someone will make, personally and financially. She treats every client and transaction with care and the same, whether it's a $100,000 or a $1,000,000 and above transaction, and sees the process through from showings to giving the keys to your dream home. Outside of helping others with their real estate needs, Kim resides in Montgomery County and enjoys time with her Husband, and grown children when possible. She loves spending time outdoors in the beautiful Texas countryside and taking care of her dogs and farm animals. Hi, I'm Kaiti! Passionate about real estate sometimes seems like an understatement. There are days where I feel like all I do is live, eat and breath real estate. I've been a realtor in Texas since July 2016, and when I am not helping clients I am usually working on one of my personal investment properties.
