My name is Patty Schouten and I live in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision. I have four children and 11 grandchildren and yes... they all keep me running and staying young! I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and I love my job!!! Whether its in the mortgage industry where I worked for 11 years as a processor, Loan Officer and Branch Manager then went on to become a Mortgage Broker for 12 years. Originally from the Alvin/Pearland area, I now live in Spring, Texas with my husband, 3 kids and our rescue dog Elmo. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy cheering my kids on at their sporting events and boating on Lake Conroe.

Conroe and Montgomery County are great places to live and work, which is why my family and I chose to call it home. growing up in Friendswood Texas I moved to the Conroe Area in 2006.
