I was born and raised in Washington State, earned a business degree from the University of San Diego and was a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. I worked for one of the largest brokers in Southern California as a Relocation Specialist, connecting people with agents all across the United States. I have lived in 5 different states and have personally gone through 5 corporate relocations. Texas has been home since 2005. I have lived in League City, Beaumont, Dallas and now reside in The Woodlands. I love to travel and sailed around the world stopping at 11 different countries along the way. Spending time with my husband, three children and our Great Pyrenees rescue pup keeps me happy. I also am a runner and enjoy doing trail runs and training for half marathons. I am currently a realtor with Realty Associates. Having lived in Kingwood since 1977, my knowledge of the community in which we live and work is expansive and I consider myself to be an expert of the area.
My love for homes started long before my personal career in real estate. As a child, I always enjoyed redecorating my mother's and grandmother's homes. When I was a teen, my mom worked as a realtor (she actually just retired this year). I'd help her with little tasks and slowly started to understand the process. A few years went by and real estate once again sparked my interest. I fell in love with the home building and home buying experience, so it was not long after when I decided to sell homes for homebuilders. I've also had a long-time interested in staging homes, which requires a keen eye for interior design and a knowledge of what makes homes sell. With my background in selling homes, an understanding of what appeals to buyers and a passion for small business, I figured a career in real estate would be a great fit.

I worked as a licensed real estate agent in the states of Tennessee and Texas until my husband and I started our family. I then made the decision to stay home to care for our three children. When our youngest graduated from high school, I realized my love for homes never left me and I decided to get my license to begin practicing again.

OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE My other interests include: spending time and traveling to visit family and friends, playing and cuddling with my black and yellow Labrador Retrievers, Domino and Fanta, all things DIY and home improvement, baseball (specifically watching my youngest son play college ball), and learning about my heritage and genealogy.
