Cheryl has lived in the Houston area since 1988, lived in the Woodlands since 1998, and raised five children in the Woodlands-area schools. During her career with ExxonMobil, the top Fortune500 energy company, Cheryl experienced first-hand both international and domestic relocation, and she now owns multiple investment properties in The Woodlands.

Craig Ritchie is blessed to have the passion to help his clients easily and smoothly sell their homes. He is working with many of his clients and it has been such an amazing experience to be able to offer his real estate services and the important information required to efficiently sell homes. Craig Ritchie has the experience and extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods, unmatchable client communication, organization and negotiation skills. Craig is a native Texan and the son of a highly successful real estate broker mother and remodeler/home builder father. After graduating from school, he entered the workforce in the oil industry as a buyer. With his skills in negotiation and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks to the position of purchasing manager of one of Houston's largest oilfield steel fabricators. He used his negotiation skills and hard work ethic to the benefit of his company until his retirement as Refinery Purchasing Manager of a 280,000 barrel per day refinery in the country of Aruba. After accepting an early retirement package, he quickly got tired of watching the grass grow and waiting for the fish to bite. Craig decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and enter the real estate business. Since 2010, he has sold homes for both a national home builder and individuals in the Lake Conroe, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas area. He thoroughly enjoys working with all home buyers and sellers and in particular, first time buyers. What Craig most enjoys is handing over the keys to a first-time homeowner.

Craig Ritchie is members of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He specialize in selling Lake Conroe properties, as well as homes in Montgomery County, San Antonio, and Dallas. Craig always place the needs of their clients first and work hard to maintain high ethical standards in all aspects of their real estate practice.

Her first-hand knowledge of the challenges of relocation developed while her husband was an active-duty Marine and she became masterful at planning every step of a move; from finding the perfect property to packing household goods to coordinating movers. Michelle has been involved in real estate investments and rehabbing houses since 2008 and appreciates when her clients are trying to find the perfect deal.

Prior to embarking on her love of real estate, Michelle honed her first-class customer service and high-level communication skills while a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. She continued the growth to excellence and attention to detail working on Capitol Hill for a U.S. Representative from her home state of Kentucky. When not navigating the halls of Congress, Michelle loved sharing a great part of our Nation's history with individual tours of the U.S. Capitol building to visiting constituents.

Michelle is an International Relocation Specialist and holds a Graduate Realtor Institute Designation along with a Military Relocation Professional Certification. She is known as the consummate professional as she guides her clients to a seamless transaction whether buying or selling a home. Her professionalism shines with her hands-on approach providing a win-win situation for her clients locally and abroad.
