I'm a born and raised Texan from Fort Worth. My studies took me to Arizona (ASU) and then across the pond to Regensberg, Germany. After college, life took me to many places to visit and live all over the United States, other Continents, and I have the travel bug and love new frontiers. If you were born here, live here, or are considering it you understand the draw to all of the unique towns and cities with different cultures it has to offer. That is why no matter where I go, I always come home to Texas. My love of Real Estate, architecture and the little nuances that make every property unique were a big part of my decision to change directions and get into the business as a sales agent years ago. Her real estate experience began at one of Houston's premier luxury real estate boutique companies over 25 years ago. She earned her degree in Finance and Real Estate from LSU and worked as a senior financial analyst for Weingarten Realty, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Monique values building long-term relationships with a priority for listening to the needs of her clients. In addition to real estate, Monique has a passion for wellness and is a Certified Wellness Coach. She has lived in The Woodlands, Texas for more than 15 years and is the proud mother of two boys.

Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early '80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carlotta and her family moved to The Woodlands in the early '90s where she has been selling homes to happy families for all these years.
