As a Humble, TX resident, Rita has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods across Northeast Houston. She serves the entire Houston area and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties. Rita obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Louisiana, Monroe. She then obtained a Master's in Business Administration becoming an expert in finance, local and national markets, and the subtle art of negotiating property purchases. Now she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new home and to help sellers get the most value for their house.

I first fell in love with real estate at a young age, having been exposed to its intricacies by my Dad and Papa, renovating houses, turning them into homes, finding the perfect fit for a family - from beginning to end. I grew to be fascinated with the nuances of the process, each project taking on a whole new yet distinctive direction.



Real estate is one of the biggest financial and emotional transactions. My keen eye for home design coupled with my strong work ethic have been instrumental in driving desired results. I am a native Houstonian and I grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University, I moved to Houston and began a 19 year sales and marketing career. During this time I gained extensive market knowledge of the Houston inner loop, Houston Heights, Galleria, Memorial, River Oaks, Upper Kirby, The Woodlands and Spring areas. This experience was the perfect segue to my next career path. Shortly after, I began working for a real estate developer and became a licensed realtor. My passion for real estate grew from there.

I enjoy meeting new people, building long lasting relationships and helping guide my clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives. I believe the most important thing a real estate agent can bring to their clients is market expertise, stellar communication and a strong work ethic.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I am also a runner and a yoga enthusiast.
