After a long and successful career in Banking, Kiki transferred her enthusiastic personality and considerable skill set to the real estate field.

She also has obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training in 2008 and she proudly displays the CDPE Designation. In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.

I am thrilled to be a Real Estate agent. I was born and raised in Texas. Before going to college, I worked at the local Country Club restaurant and I owned my own business teaching private swimming lessons for seven years which helped me pay for college. I received an Associates degree from Blinn Junior College, then went on to graduate from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Management. After college, I joined a Benefits Outsourcing company in The Woodlands and remained there for over 17 years with a focus on Health & Welfare.
