Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Kate is passionate and caring, a good listener, able to connect quickly with people, and eager to understand their individual needs. Kate has excellent communication skills, integrity, and will give each client her special attention and efficient hard work. Shawn's passion for buying and selling homes began as a real estate investor in 2006. In 1996, Shawn started out his journey as an entrepreneur which has enabled him to gain experience with business management, marketing, customer service, and negotiation skills. His background in business ownership and real estate investing allow him to provide his clients with expertise and confidence towards their decision of buying, selling or investing. He graduated college with honors with a major in music. In his personal time, Shawn enjoys spending time with family, playing music, fishing, and watching sports.
