The training was very intense - from reading W-2's to understanding credit reports and debt to income ratios. Then Michael was employed by Roger Suurmeyer Appraisal company. The training received from this company helped to develop his eyes to see value and defects in properties.
Being trained by these two companies afforded Michael Joseph the wealth of knowledge to develop into a young real estate investor, so please understand that when you hire Michael to work on your behalf, he is not the average real estate agent. he is an agent that has walked the walk.

My husband's job in the oil and gas industry relocated my family from Ohio to Houston in 2007. My professional background also includes experience in the fashion industry working as a stylist for Stella & Dot. I am an avid volunteer in my community. I currently serve on the Woodcreek Middle School PTO Board, and my family volunteers weekly with a local pet rescue organization. I enjoy leading an active lifestyle in our community with my husband and our four amazing children.
